I know other folks probably have some favorite Youtube channels, etc. that they watch.
My 6 year old in particular enjoys watching the loudest, most annoying human beings on the planet who play Roblox and/or Fortnite.
That being said, I'll give some recommendations that are much less obnoxious than those. Feel free to add your own.
I'm big into gaming/PC news, home audio/theater, and health/wellness so those are my typical go to subs.
If you're into Home Audio/Theater I really dig Ealon Osborne. He's pretty damn funny IMO and produces super high quality videos. Always a good watch.

On the PC/gaming side...I dig Paul's Hardware
JayzTwoCents and Linus Tech Tips are 2 other channels I check out from time to time
I dig Athlean X's channel for fitness tips. High quality information IMO.
Bonus channel....if you have trouble sleeping or white noise machine is broken...simply press play on any of this man's videos and you'll be in a coma in no time.
