I've had the pleasure of dining at The Optimist in Atlanta, and it's simply outstanding. Chef Adam Evans is an Auburn grad, and he's nominated for Food & Wine's "Best New Chef".
VERY deserving IYAM. He's creating, not recycling culinary delights. And he's an Auburn man.
