We have a 5-6 month old kitten that was stung on the paw by some type of wasp a couple of hours ago. He's been pretty lethargic and favoring that paw a lot when he does move. It's swollen up considerably.

Do we need to see a vet or can we treat it with OTC stuff? We have liquid children's benadryl, but I have no idea on the dosage. We also have some pain medicine for one of Mrs. Tigre's older pomeranians, but I'm thinking we probably need to treat the allergic reaction more than pain at this point.

What say ye, nearly all-knowing Bunk?
