Three-star OT Marcus Tatum: Made his second trip to the Plains this month and loved everything about A-Day. Florida and Auburn are his top two with Miami in third, but said the Tigers' spring game was much more fun than the Gators' last weekend. He plans on making a final decision before the start of his high school season -- and he will be back for another visit soon. He spoke very highly of Braden Smith and mentioned him as his favorite player. (If I had to bet, he will be a part of this 2016 class.)
Rivals100 DT Antwuan Jackson: The Georgia native is no stranger to Auburn, but today he said he spent a lot of time with Auburn commit David Marshall, who was in his ear about joining the class. He had originally planned on waiting until NSD to make a final decision, but now says that he will probably commit sometime in the fall. I think this will be a battle with Georgia and Auburn -- with the Tigers winning this one. He plans to come back for Big Cat Weekend in May.
2017 five-star Calvin Ashley: The rising junior isn't leaving until tomorrow, but Auburn has already moved into his top group with Florida Sate, Ohio State and Michigan. He mentioned how Auburn will need tackles when his time comes and how the opportunity to be coached by J.B. Grimes is almost too hard to pass on. He plans on coming back in June with his family.
Four-star LB Tre Threat: Auburn and Ole Miss are the two top programs for the in-state prospect -- and that's who he believes his recruitment will ultimately come down to. He got a chance to really see the coaches in action and was impressed with how well the players responded after mistakes. He has no other visits at this time, but will come back to Auburn soon.
Rivals250 WR Josh Imatorbhebhe: The Georgia native raved about Dameyune Craig and even said he was his favorite recruiter. Loved seeing Jeremy Johnson in action and thinks he would fit in well with the offense Auburn runs. His older brother was an early enrollee at Florida, but he doesn't think that will have much of an impact on his recruitment -- wants to be an individual. The Tigers are in his top five and plans on coming back for Big Cat. Imatorbhebe is really good friends with Darius Slayton.
2017 four-star QB Lowell Narcisse: The Louisiana native and nine of his family members spent the day in Auburn and were all impressed with everything the Tigers have to offer. He spent time with Gus Malzahn and Rhett Lashlee who made their message clear -- he is their guy for the 2017 class. Narcisse spoke about how the coaching staff cares about their players off and on the field which is something he really connected with. The coaches were also pleased that he chose to go to Auburn's spring game over LSU's game today.
