Turn the post office into a bank

Another of the reasons that I really like Sanders. It would cost little to nothing, and it would have a distinct effect on America's poorest. Rather than have them go to loan sharks and payday advances they can get small loans, small banking services, from the Post office without the unbelievably high interest rates that these payday loan places bring out.
