Damn, this administration is being very creative in how it deals with the judicial branch. Just hearing the headline this sounds like a betta move but if you actually look at the math the 3 wire service outlets were actually getting special treatment. I will call this a pretty good move and one that should stay. Now they just needs to make some random selection program decides who gets access and that judge and his ruling are just irrelevant?
