Who has experience with both? I am looking at getting a traeger smoker. I have an egg and love it, but I feel like I'm spending so much time adjusting to keep the temp right. I know some of the pros would laugh at a pellet smoker, but why not make it easy? Any pros and cons would be appreciated.
