Top Dems believe Biden will drop out soon.

There's a report by Axios going around saying that top Democrats now believe BIden will succumb to the pressure and will formally drop out of the race in the coming days. One reporter said it could happen as soon as this weekend. If he does it'll be interesting to see how he does it. Will he fully endorse Harris, or will he withhold an endorsement and allow Dems to hold a quick primary of sorts with other candidates?

It's just come down to the media capturing a few more moments of him looking frail and lost the last couple days, and top party leaders telling him polling is headed in the wrong direction and donors have cut off the revenue flow until they find someone else.
