With drivel season winding down but also in the middle of summer concert season...I wanted to detail the best concerts I have even attended with a top 10 list.

Why it is special
For me this was almost a perfect storm of things coming together for one heck of a show. I love outdoor shows but they are not my wife's favorite. June 14th in Charlotte can offer a lot of different weather scenarios but we got a beautiful evening that was not overly hot as we sat in the lawn. We had lawn chairs, drinks and literally sang every single song as loud as we wanted. The set was amazing and 2Cellos as the opener was incredible too. 2cellos is just two dudes that play cover songs (I love cover songs) on the Cello...no lyrics, just the music and it is wonderful to listen to. Perfect evening.

I remember looking over at my wife during the first song from 2Cellos...not knowing anything about them and saying "Is this Smells like Teen Spirit?" It was and then played a bunch of songs where we tried to guess first what it was...Smooth Criminal and Where the Streets have no name was also played.

Probably the most relaxing and fun date night I have ever had with my wife. Perfect night.
Why it should be lower
Just a normal Elton John show on a normal tour in a normal venue in a normal city.
