Just a heads up that the magnolia street tree at Toomer's will be replaced in July. It still has not been determined that it is dying, but it is struggling to the point that the decision has been made to replace it.
The back up tree is planted at the Facilities building and is doing well. However, I believe the new tree will come from a nursery in Florida, atleast that was my recommendation. The facilities tree would be dug/moved twice in such a short time period and that is hard on a tree.
