Don't discount their bad reputation as a maker of junk shoes in how this all played out. Nike and Adidas still have a ton of pull with high school kids and where they land. As an example, Wesley Yates (who really liked Bruce) dropped us because he didn't want to go to a UA school.
Cohen understands this, and unless UA throws a Notre Dame deal at us (which seems unlikely to me) this nightmare will be over soon.
