1) shooter is part of a declared pro-BLM, anti government group who is there"as a show of force" to keep police "at Bay" from protestors. Important to note: A multi-racial pro-peaceful protest group, not avowed White Supremacists as later claimed by Antifa
2) BLM peaceful protestors use accelerants to light a dumpster on fire and push it towards the gas station pumps. Militia put it out with an extinguisher, and the peaceful protestors get agitated.
3) groups get into a shoving match at the gas station, and the white bald dude screams at the militia group "SHOOT ME N*GGA" multiple times. He escalates until he is chasing the shooter down the street. Arm spaghetti guy in the wutang shirt is also seen in this clip wandering between the groups.
4) angry White bald dude and others begin to chase the shooter down the street and into the parking lot. Shooter hits angry white bald dude with a headshot after he throws a Molotov cocktail at him, and bald dude goes down. Shooter sees crowd gathering and runs away from the growing crowd while on the phone and Daily Caller reporter renders aid.
5) Crowd gives chase to the shooter. He trips and falls, and is immediately rushed by the crowd while they yell "GET HIS ASS". He nearly shoots a guy who tries to dropkick him, missing his face by inches. Another guy moves in with a skateboard and is hit in the chest (believed to be the confirmed fatality) and collapses. Having seen this unfold, guy in the wutang rushes in with a pistol and gets his bicep blown off. He frantically calls for a medic while the shooter aims at another would be attacker who quickly gets smart and puts his hands up.
6) Shooter gets up from the ground and runs to turn himself into police. Judgement for showing up to riot with a gun and aligning yourself with anarchists who turn on you and force you to defend yourself with legal force notwithstanding, all his actions Appear at first blush to have been in self defense. We'll see how it shakes out.
