There are high school coaches that can game plan better and make adjustments faster than what we did today. Yeah, Cal played out of their mind the first half, but them only winning by 7 after 6 turnovers by us is an indictment on how dreadful we were today. Worst AU game I have seen in a long time by just a pure basic football standard. You can lose but you simply can’t have an atrocious game like this bc it will absolutely affect current and future talent.
And I know it’s been talked about but how in the WORLD do you not go get a QB after last season. There was a whole lot of hope Thorne could improve but he has a ceiling and he doesn’t have the talent to raise his play unleash everything is perfect. Any pressure or discomfort at all and he can’t rise above it. He is who he is and I can’t believe Freeze took a gamble on him.
