Something like 80% + of film and tv jobs in Hollywood are gone and likely not coming back, people are leaving the industry in droves, and studios aren't making nearly as much money as they projected. The entertainment industry is finally catching karma for the last oh....idk 15+ years of producing garbage content and complaining that people weren't entertained. Now no one cares about going to the movies or watching their new shows.
Also remember when there were like 20+ episodes for a season of a show? Apparently the writers strike a long time ago is the reason they switched to 10....I think that lack of production hurt storylines, it kept shows from being in the public eye for as long. Think Friends, it was an every Friday thing that all of America sat down to watch, for months. Anyway, yall feel free to opine, I'm interested in the bunkers take on this.
