. . . rejects the idea that citizens have a private right to self-defense. She is apparently fine with the State shooting teenagers to protect property, though. I can’t believe a U.S. Marshal couldn’t just use some kung-fu moves and gently disarm the poor child. Or use his taser. Or deescalate. Or just back away and let the misguided yute have the car. Etc., etc., etc.
