Real talk.....you're 18, you really want to go to the school where your dad works......or go to the school you grew up pulling for, who has an established coach, and is putting OL in the NFL on the reg. AU isn't beating uga for anyone this cycle. That's reality. The focus should be on finishing with a top 25ish class and balancing the roster out in the OL group.

That said, this circled wagons approach to recruiting and media relations, becomes less endearing and possibly less effective by the day! Big Cat should've been pumped on social media like Pooh Shiesty's get out of jail party. Made to seem big time and exclusive, with elaborate digital invitations sent that had personal messages from the coaches.

IMO Harsin needs to be in front of every camera he can get in front of selling his vision, his plan, and his resume. The fact he isn't speaking with reporters at media day is mind-numbing. He's speaking to the high school coaches at the AHSAA summer conference tomorrow morning, it'll be interesting to hear what he has to say.
This is exactly what’s got me worried that Harsin is in over his head. I’m not sure he understood how cutthroat things are in the SEC and that recruiting isn’t automatic at AU like it is at Boise. We won’t have any recruiting momentum to fall back on after a meh season this year, which will only make things much more difficult. Two straight underwhelming recruiting classes will only set us back even further against our rivals, and puts us directly on the path to becoming UTjr. Am I wrong? Someone please make me feel better.
