State my position to whether or not there is anything worth rioting over in America? Of course there are. Over the violation of unalienable rights. It’s how the United States was born.
Which violation of inalienable rights are worth harming police officials? Other Americans? Even you have to agree that it’s time to end this violence! We all agree that the death of George Floyd was awful. But allowing antifa to ride the anger of the black community to cause violence against there fellow Americans is almost as awful. It’s time to end the violence against police officials and joining together is the way to stop this.

Systemic racist government. We went to war over it and killed millions. I believe that it is hogwash and kids looking for a way to be dangerous. If there is this racism they have to burn down all of the cities until the people have control and every government official is cast out.

If it is just a few bad apples or changing a policy go to the ballot box and council meetings.

I believe that it is hogwash but I do not live in the cities. They believe that the city and the government has made policies that are racist. I think that they take the few cases that are egregious police behavior and they say it is only black people that get this treatment and it happens every day.

Please give examples of our systematic racist government. Our current government is racist against the majority white community to hire minorities to government positions and essentially treats minorities with kid gloves when it comes to enforcing American laws.

More white individuals are shot/ arrested despite minorities committing the majority of the crime in the US. Try again...

I never said I agree with the idiots in the street. I just said if you believe there is systemic abuse you have to stop it. I would do it and more effectively than these children are doing if I thought the government was abusive. You got to remember that there is not one broadcaster who is brave enough to say that there is not systemic racism in our country.

That is a good point and leads again to my belief that there is not this wide spread racism that every one wants to push. I do believe we have a poverty problem but we will not tackle that until we agree that race can not be used. It is our belief to ignore race but we can;t let it go so our officials use that leverage to get their power.

To answer the question, though it does not flow in the current track of the conversation:

If there were a systemic issue that impacted my life or liberty, and couldn’t be changed by other methods, I would be down. People have been rioting / committing acts of terrorism forever as a last resort.

The Boston Massacre, combined increased taxes, led to the Boston Tea Party. We celebrate it since we won the war, but imagine how it would have looked had we lost. Patriots are rewritten as drunkards and rioters over night.

Gavrilo Princip and his co-conspirators are seen as patriots in Serbia as they eventually Were liberated from Austria Hungry, but that would look a lot worse had the central powers won. (Plus to the rest of the world they are still seen as rouge terrorist group that started WWI, and therefore caused WWII).

History is always written by the winners, and we are always to close in the present to see the whole picture of what the outcome will be. Not equating these examples to the current situation, but yes I could get moved to the point of rioting. Given that history requires being easily excitable and a drunk, I think I am qualified.

Of course we have a poverty problem...just like every society. Some extremist left cultures have a place for those that who are disfranchised. The American culture has always been about the strive for greatness. To me, that strive for greatness is equally as tough for all races. I would say this is a battle over those that wish American culture to change vs those that wish wish it to stay the same. America has always been about survival of this fittest. These leftists wish for us to be more like the socialist Europe. It sounds great if you want your life to be easy. Being an American has never been easy. Being an American is all about perseverance. Despite a lack of talent, race, or current position those who persevere with hard work can achieve in America despite where you start. That’s what separates Americans from other places.

I agree but we have the same problems that Europe in segregate poor districts. That should be our discussion about how we can improve the bottom of the stack without artificially propping them up. If you go strictly survival of the fittest you are saying it is okay for the riots. They group up and take the stuff from the fittest. Opportunity needs to be shared and in some cases pushed. Tough is okay, impossible is not.

I will riot and loot for this one.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

No, in true capitalism those that rise up to change the system are removed from it. It’s a very defined line. The American system obviously props everyone in it up. However those who are unable or unwilling to work, are left up to the whims of the charity. This is where the communist form. Those folks wish to drag down the whole in favor the disenfranchised. To me, despite the race, despite the beginning wealth, you can make it big in this country. More so than other countries. Leftist CANNOT have it both ways. You cannot expect to be the most profitable country in the world and support the disenfranchised on an equal level. It’s one or the other. And ether way you are taking advantage of the colonialism. No doubt about it, we need to take advantage of the talents in the minority communities. Even more so than we have. America is always slow to change. Slow to adapt to the Irish, slow to adapt to the Italian, and we’ve been way to slow to adapt to the black and Hispanic communities. That said, shutting down the American system is the worst thing we can do. It’s past time to take advantage to what black and brown folks bring to the system. If you want to protest that, I think we’re all behind you. But this communist hoard wishes to end the American way of life. Those are the true enemy.

We are not a capitalist only economy and haven't been for a long time. The government interferes with our survival of the fittest and allows some not so fit to rise to the top. I am not saying a damn thing about the minorities because they should have the same type of opportunities as everyone else and they pretty much do. The question is how do we get the disenfranchised into the game. If you have to much poverty and not an easy enough road for most to make prosperity you are in trouble. Remember we are a free country and they have the right to be disenfranchised but it is wiser to bring them in than push them out.
