Here are a few things I wish our soon to be new Congress would tackle next year. I am well aware they wont because no one cares about anything other than themselves up there but if they would work on these it would make our lives better.
1. We need to make immigrants in this country US citizens at a faster pace. We need to make all those dreamers citizens, allow a clean path for citizenship if you don't ever become an illegal alien that allows more US citizens than we do today. We also need to make it where if you cross illegally you are expelled and there is no hope for ever being a US citizen.
2. We need to focus on energy independence. More refineries, more drilling and more exports. We should lead the world in oil.
3. I think we did some good things to force production of green energy back home but we need to make it where all green energy needs are sourced and produced from start to finish in America. This will allow us to have a path forward to maintain our power as a leader in energy.
4. We have to find a way to stop increasing our national debt without raising taxes.
If we would focus on the above it would actually drive more tax dollars in, drive wages down and thus help curtain inflation.
