Personally, I think the U.S. needs to reboot...our Registry (electorate) is contaminated with tribalism (malware) and our operating system (primaries, conventions) needs to be upgraded or replaced...
Our system is as outdated and as useless as CP/M, DOS, OS/2, Windows NT, Windows 95, Mac OS, Mac OS X, and Windows Vista are in 2016 ....come on....we don't put up with bad operating systems in anything else we do....let's do better in electing Presidents.
