Summer is here and looking for some new rubs for ribs and other various types of BBQ.. anyone feel like providing their recipes?...

I will start with my go-to...from a Big Green Eggers compilation....

Dry Rub: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store unused in moisture proof container
ü 1 Cup Sugar
ü 1 Cup Non-Iodized Table Salt
ü ½ Cup Brown Sugar
ü 16 tsp Chili Powder (5 TBS + 1 tsp)
ü 8 tsp Ground Cumin (2 TBS + 2 tsp)
ü 4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
ü 4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground (important)
ü 4 tsp Garlic Powder
ü 4 tsp Onion Powder
