Trump comes up with enough evidence to prove or document some significant voter fraud in various states. Goes to the courts - goes to the Supreme Court. Supreme court can’t determine exactly which votes are legal and which votes aren’t, but agrees that voter fraud occurred perhaps on a large scale. Throws the vote out and throws it to the house and the senate.
