Look, we’ve had too many different threads about the issue that causing a lot of friction and rubbing each other the wrong way. It’s time we addressed this explosive issue by making one sticky thread where we can mask debate as much as we want.
Id love to see men and women participate and have yourself a good time.
BENEFITS OF WEARING A MASK:
-There is a decent chance it limits spread of the virus since symptomatic, pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic people have all been shown to spread.
-It’s easy to do. Inexpensive.
-it allows businesses to be open that otherwise may not be able to without protective measures in place
-a lot of you are ugly (not me), so it’s nice to not have to see as many faces.
CONS OF WEARING A MASK:
-it is restrictive and uncomfortable and can be difficult to breathe for some people
-there is no definitive evidence that it prevents spread
-hard to tell if that chick in the grocery store is really a 10 or if she’s a butterface
ITEMS WE ALL AGREE ON:
-we want the virus to fckn die already
-we want football
-maskdebating is very personal and each individual has their own needs and thoughts on it, which we should respect and listen to.

What else am I missing for either side of the argument?
