1. We locked in a bowl game which is a HUGE accomplishment for a coach who got hired less than a year ago. It was actually a year ago (today?) that Caddy led our tigers to victory of A&M and all of the Auburn faithful showed the world we would not go quietly into the night.
2. This recruiting class will be the foundation of an SEC championship team in my opinion, and I think others are starting to see it too, if we continue on this trajectory.
With the recent additions of:
ROBINSON (5* level impact transfer imo)
WALLER (5* on ESPN and imo as well)
along with:
WHITE (4* will probably end up our starting QB in 2 years) Along with
Lindsey (4* who should probably be a 5*)
Carter (huge foundational OL, will be 2 deep in no time)
Thompson(4* impact WR will be a day 1 starter)
I am starting to see the pieces come together. We will get much better next year and in 2025....watch out. We will be very talented and young to boot. Lets just think about other future NFL guys who have emerged this year, LEW and possibly HUNTER return next year...Lew will be here in 2025 as well. Guys I'm not exaggerating, I think Freeze is pulling this off, he managed to win 6 (almost certainly 7) games in his first year while spending a huge chunk of that time building this absolutely monster class and we really landed some studs in the last few weeks. I just don't think Auburn folks are fully grasping the championship level foundation that is being laid here and how exciting it is. The fact that Freeze managed to absolutely pummel a decent arkasas team in their house is incredible given our talent. He ****ing fixed a team that couldn't throw a forward pass mid season.
Quote me on this, we will win 10+ games in 2025 and the guys listed in this post will be a huge part of that.
