So far they've got 2 rational posters one dude gave em the facts:
Based on the way you’re asking the question, I don’t think anyone can give you an answer that’s going to actually change your opinion.
Auburn is a better job, we can debate “how much” better it is. They have: better stadium, better facilities, better in-state recruiting, presumably better NIL structure, more NIL money, more money overall, more students so they’ll continue to have more alums and a larger booster base to draw from, a fan base that is rabid about football because their biggest rival’s fan base will take out a 2nd mortgage for NIL if Saban asks.
These are the facts:
- Auburn has won 63% of games all time compared to Ole Miss 55%
- 2x as many conference championships
- 46 Bowl games compare to Ole Miss 39
- 31 consensus All-Americans compared to Ole Miss 13
- 32 1st round draft picks compared to Ole Miss 22
- 602 weeks ranked in AP poll compared to Ole Miss 312 weeks
- 290 total nfl draft picks compared to Ole Miss 254
- 3 heisman winners compared to 0
- Auburn is 35-11 against Ole Miss
and another told them how much better our fanbase was how much easier it is to recruit etc.
Then the thread goes full on denial. I wish you could all read it lmao its pathetic the mental backflips some of those necks are doing to rationalize their opinions.
