If this goes into effect, does anyone know what rules and regulations will be put in place? I mean, what's to stop schools from giving someone a football scholarship who is a top ranked golfer? They ride the bench in the fall and then hit birdies in the spring.
Or heck, go even further out there and sign a female kicker that never plays, but throws strikes for softball from March to June.
This is to say the rule is still if a person plays football and another sport they take up a football scholarship.
