Got a letter from my termite bond company saying my 5 year contract is up for renewal in July. I don’t recall have an expiration date for previous homes, just an annual renewal. Any recs on good termite bond companies in Shelby County? Wonder if this is their way to say we are raising your rate. I figure a termite bond is something you wanna make sure is backed by a strong company IF you ever discovered termites have infested in your home.
