Guess this is just another poorly run company - the shitty economy has no effect on it's plans....
Obviously this isn't due any to economic policy.... along with the dozens of other companies that are cutting back earnings projections, GDP projections and laying off more and more workers.
Don't worry though, as more and more move to long term discouraged workers, the unemployment rate will fall... Hell at this rate, we'll get to zero before obama leaves office.
