Have one? Like it? Pros & Cons?
The control valve on our 26 year old gas water heater died. Ordered a new one just to get the hot water flowing again, but eventually going to have my plumber install a tankless heater.
Said the cost is around 2500 to 3k. Sound about right? Takes a good part of the day to install he says.
