I’m looking to replace my 50 gallon traditional water heater with a tankless one. I wish I could have a gas one since I know it’s better, but electric will have to work for my application. What is the minimum specs I should look for? Any good brands? I will probably self install since I’m an engineer and believe I can do anything (that belief has screwed me a few times).
I have a small family, so I’m thinking two showers and maybe a wash at the same time max. So 6.5 GPM?
