I posted this earlier in our Braves Boom! thread, but figured I'd share with the rest of the crowd that don't care for the Bravos.
The Tampa Bay Rays have had struggles getting crowds into the dilapidated Tropicana Field. They've had issues getting funding for a new ball park, so they have now been granted permission by MLB to explore playing their home games in two separate cities, and two separate countries. They are looking at splitting home games between St. Petersburg and Montreal, Canada.
To me, it's just a logistical nightmare. Can't imagine as a player or staff member having to deal with that. I realize they already travel a lot, but at least in one city you can have a home during home games and off days and the offseason.
