According to Science magazine, a study of 2.5 million Israelis found vaccinated people are "6 to 13 times more likely to get infected than previously infected, unvaccinated people," and "the risk of symptomatic COVID was 27 times higher, and hospitalization was 8 times higher."

Funny how the CDC goes mute.
