DE Elijah Daniel was booked Wednesday on a series of charges including theft and burglary. Brandon Marcello of AL.com was the first to report it.

Three of the charges are considered felonies.

Daniel, a rising junior from suburban Indianapolis, was expected to play behind Carl Lawson at end and perhaps work inside at times this fall.
