for a little history...last year early on I got T Mobile 5 G Home.. Keep an RV at University Station. I was killing it... 190/110 and the kicker was could I get the same during the season with influx of people in town. Answer for 22 season was yes, very little to no drop off and kicked out DISH and went full streaming.
Fast forward to this season and my speeds go like this... Friday am drop from 190 to 165...by mid to late afternoon it drops to 80... by Friday night 65 and come Saturday it varies from a high of 12 to a low of 2 mbs.
Called T Mobile... not much help there (but they are nice). This happened both games so far so I expect Ugly weekend to be even worse.
So looking for a decent plan B (for 24 Season) as I do not expect T Mobile to get better on big event weekends.
Starlink which I have at home in Ga, is about to be replaced with Conexon via EMC. - 1000 up and down for $79 month. I can convert Starlink to RV but according to what I read you cannot convert back. Which is fine now I will have Conexon at home.
My question is does anyone have Starlink RV because it is my understanding SL allows you to pause or suspend service with that plan, and if yes, what periods of pause is allowed? I would love to only use SL during football season - Aug-Nov and keep T Mobile for the other 9 months ( I do know T Mobile allows 3 month suspensions where rate goes from $50 to $5).
Thanks in advance and also welcome any other thoughts or suggestions on T Mobile (there is a tower at campground so can't be a proximity issue).
