I am all for moving Scott Fountain to an administrative position. He has done as good of a job as he can and deserves to stay on board. There are a few guys I would identify as players who could replace Fountain, especially if we are trying to make a run at a National Championship.
Rich Bisaccia, Dallas Cowboys, former Auburn coach under Malzahn -- Best in the business, would take a chunk of change to get him
Luke Paschall, Arkansas State -- Excellent special teams coach. Has Arkansas State ranked in the top 25 of most categories. Coaches WRs instead of TEs, but did coach TEs at Ole Miss under Houston Nutt.
Daric Riley, UAB -- Excellent special teams coach. Football Scoop Special Teams Coach of the Year candidate. Currently unemployed due to a UAB ending its program.
DJ Durden, Florida -- One of the best special teams coaches around. Don't know if he would leave his spot as a DC to come to Auburn as ST coach.
Marty Biagi, Southern
I would include Jay Boulware but Oklahoma's special teams are awful.
