Really interesting to have the audio feed and hear the proceedings. Drawing conclusions from questions is highly imprecise, but it "sounds" like the SB8 'vigilante" scheme is in real trouble as Kavanaugh and Barrett are echoing the liberal justices hammering the law. If they strike that part down and allow a challenge to its constitutionality in federal court this abysmal law will go down quickly.
