Thorne has been in Auburn with these coaches for 6 months. A lot of these linemen have. They were a pot luck group. I thought they were surprisingly good for what Freeze was left.
Hugh walked into a Vanderbilt like roster, has recruited his ass off and has the program in the right direction. This “what have you done for me today” attitude that some of you simple bastards employ is silly as hell.
I don’t like Thorne that much, I thought at times we looked inept, we’ve looked that way for a while now. I am willing to give a guy that is obviously working his ass off, has recruited his lily white ass off and has played the top tear of the league to the bitter end a chance.
