Gus is one of them. That's who he is!

I don't know why he's developed into this. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that he's not working with QB's, but athletes, lately... JJ is being told what play to run and who to throw to. It's very obvious. When that guy's not open, well, we've seen the results. Maybe they don't trust him.....Word is, the O has been very vanilla first 2 games, and will "open up" this week against the corn dogs. Fact is, the best QB coach at Auburn is assisting Tim Horton with the RB's.....I'd love to see JJ with a few formations with RPO's, and letting him be a "complete QB." He is not right now!

IMHO, Jason Smith needs a package. The kid is flat dynamic with the ball in his hands, and was coached by one of the best QB coaches out there for 3-4 years. Go back and look at his highlights if you are unsure. He would be able to run the zone/power options and stress defenses similarly to what we have been....

There's a lot of bad QB play out there right now. Just look around. LSU, bammer, uga, arky.....and on and on It's not an exclusive at Auburn.

Oline is disappointing thus far. I expected better. We all did! They will improve.

New RB's, but none are elite (ala Chubb, Fournette). Barber has really stepped up and been what many thought he was.

The D???? It's a whole different deal with 52 in there. And with 5 true freshman playing so much. it's tough to get a read on it other than bad...right now...
