I sat in front of four JSU fans. (Whoever used to own those seats was a UGA fan who always sold his non-UGA tix to opposing fans, but I thought that was over with.) The girls had the most ear-piercing screams I have ever hear, anywhere; it was truly amazing and would have been memorable even if the game had been the 77-0 blowout we were all hoping for. And one of them knew absolutely nothing about football, but kept commentating anyway.
Again: NOTHING about football. How much is "nothing?" Example: after an incomplete pass she said "Why are they moving the ball back? The ref called it "safe!" If you think our performance was aggravating, imagine it with THAT sort of commentary after almost every play.
(Admittedly, I might have thought it was hilarious if the game had put me in a better frame of mind...)
