I’m sitting in Bridgeman’s Chophouse in Chattanooga. Ordered the dry aged Ribeye, Pittsburgh blue. Look it up if you don’t know.
The French onion soup was awesome, as was the Caesar salad. We’ll see if they can flash cook the dry aged ribeye.
As a frequent traveler in the southeast, it seems like we should have a food bored.
