it needs to go back to the states and let individual decisions by states come before the court. the supreme court can not dictate doctrine nor the solution. I dont agree that the NIL decision was legal. Students getting scholarships is already compensation. they do not need to play college it is a choice they get paid for
so RGB agrees with Alito. Roe was an unconstitutional decision, it was made in error
