So is the quarantine rule 10 days or 14 days?

My wife has pretty much recovered from her bout with Covid where symptoms came on Sunday before last. No fever for well over a week. We have been living on separate floors of the house since Monday before last (the day after symptoms started) when she tested positive trying to not infect me. I have been vaccinated anyway. Today should be day 12/13 for her. Are we clear to go back to a normal household at this point? Most of what I read is 10 days but there are occasional articles that say 14.

It's 10 days if no fever for the last 24 hours.

10, but it doesn't hurt to err on the side of caution with this thing. It was originally 14, but they changed it to 10 a while back.

If I'm ever positive, I will still do 14 if at all possible, even if I'm asymptomatic.
