I powered through the whole series the past few months. Highly entertaining show. I enjoyed all of it but when I hit the Season 5 finale, there was a bit of disappointment. I guess I expected after five seasons that there would be some bigger reveal. Instead here we are prepping to face another group of bad (non-zombie) people. It is starting to seem a bit repetitive. I had hoped we would have advanced to more of an endpoint by now. I still like the show but am starting to think it is a case of the episodes being good but the series overall, not as much. I hope they aren't trying to drag things out simply because the show is so popular. The characters for the most part are great. Loved Herschel and hated to see him go. The only terrible character on the show is Sasha and the actress that plays her sucks big time.
Anyone else feel a minor let down at this point?
Also, I just found out that the actor who plays Rick is British. That's amazing and I never would have guessed that. Most Southern accents on shows are phony but he really has it down. Good work there.
