So, I got a steroid shot yesterday.

I have a sinus infection and wanted to knock it out quickly. Doctor gives me a steroid shot and a prescription.

I hate to admit it, but now I understand why athletes are juicing. Woke up at 4:30 and couldn't sleep. Went to the office for 2 hours before coming back home to wake the family and shower and dress. Back to work and killing it. Great energy and focus.

If I were young and athletically gifted I'd be a candidate for a lifetime ban.
