Guess I picked the wrong day to drive back from Orlando.
Coming through Locust Grove and their speed trap. They got a pickup driving behind me, and when they hit the lights, he floored it. I got out of the way and they ran into traffic pretty quickly, and went into the median. The cop blew out both right side tires and the guy took off down the median (lanes were clogged with traffic). When I got over the next hill his truck was crashed into another truck and pinned to the guard rail.
Interesting enough, but as I’m coming up 75 just before the perimeter, maybe 45 mins later, a white car comes over the hill south bound, and we see it just as the trailing cop hit and spun them out.
I’ve seen a couple of high speed chases over the years, but never 2 in one day, within an hour, on the same interstate.
Felt like I was trapped in an episode of cops. Gotta love the ATL.
Anyone else see either of these?
