FYI for anyone going... it looks like they have changed their requirements just for us:
On December 9, 2021, Saint Louis University issued a policy that requires attendees of all upcoming events at Chaifetz Arena to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks out from final dose) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test result received within 72 hours of the respective event. The policy takes effect on December 18, 2021.
Guests must provide one of the following upon entry:
In addition to the above university-issued policy, Chaifetz Arena has also put into place the Safe Arena Policy. A series of health and sanitization procedures and policies following guidelines from the CDC, City of Saint Louis, and Saint Louis University.
The Safe Arena Policy includes:

- An official, government-issued vaccination card (physical or mobile image accepted) listing the fan's name and date the last dose was administered along with a matching photo ID.
- If children between the ages of 12-17 do not have a photo ID, a parent or guardian will be required to verify their identity.
- A printed or digital negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test administered by a healthcare professional or pharmacy provider within 72 hours of the event that includes the fan's name and date of test along with a matching photo ID. Self-administered tests will be not be accepted.
- Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this policy but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who meets the vaccination or negative test requirement.
