SIAP- So exactly what "sound system upgrades" are we getting?

It says 1.5 mil is allocated for the public address system. Does anyone happen to know specifics? I hate to admit but the sound system uat has in their upper deck was nice at this years Iron Bowl. Since we are not expanding (large scale at least), there is no reason we shouldn't have a superior sound system. TIA
