I haven't seen this discussed here -- curious as to y 'all's thoughts about whether Mrs. Noem did anything wrong by shooting that dog. I know she is a political figure but this isn't meant to be a political discussion - it's moreso the moral question of whether or not shooting that dog for poor behavior is warranted, or if she should have handled it differently.
