I know the sky is falling on this place, but the way I see it if we get good play from the QB position (which is a big if, I know) then things are lining up nicely to win this game Saturday. Trust me when I say, LSU thinks they will rout us. That plays in our favor. They are overconfident, one dimensional with a less than accurate quarterback. We are getting Lawson, Countess and Matthews back, which means we will have a totally different defense than we saw for most of the game Saturday. We seemed to have found our running back and are playing with nothing to lose. Plus, I truly believe Gus will have us coached up like no other game he has in the past. I am usually not a sunshine pumper, orange and blue glasses kind of guy, but for some reason I have a really good feeling about this one.
We will stretch the field early, loosen them up, hit Duke underneath and run it fast inside and out. Just gotta stop throwing the ball to the other team and we will be fine.
