The amount of effort put into this proves it's not incompetence, and it is intentional. It is damning evidence, and more than worthy of Impeachment from Office. The lies he and Biden have told regarding the border are atrocious, the results have been catastrophic, and the concealment is an act of betrayal to the citizens.
