Not looking to argue here, just curious and we all know you can't find many unbiased news sources/facts out there. Is there any case that can be pointed to as precedent for the emphasis being placed on "intent" in regards to the law being broken? I know about the navy seal one, but I'm wondering if there is one that would support the ruling we've seen.
